Start off the New Year

We are rolling in the 2020’s with a couple new things including a brand new website! Many changes are being made to better our service and office atmosphere. Even our front office revived a little bit of a boost to go with our first class service. Our goal is to make it as enjoyable if you end up having to wait for your vehicle.

So far this year we have reached out to numerous local events & charity’s in Sarnia & Lambton county so keep an eye out for us this year. Keep posted on some exiting changes we have in store for this year!

News Letter Service Windshield

As a professional technician I have seen a lot of poor preparations and installations in multiple cities across Ontario. Being trained by one of the largest companies and working with some other awesome technicians, I take what I’ve learned and seen seriously. We have come across and fixed allot of poor installations that other company’s don’t want to warranty. They would have the installation times figured down to the minute, but we would never take any shortcuts while doing the job in our shop then.

Most don’t understand the importance of how the windshield effects the safety of your vehicle. The glass and the glue combined together with the rigid pinchweld can make up to 30% of the structure of the roof. If a technician skips or simply forgets a step it could damage the vehicle, cause leak, or even be life altering for the occupants. The passenger side air bag also uses the windshield to deploy off of in a crash, with a deployment range between 7.5 to 13.2 g’s. I have seen and fixed a couple installations from abroad over the last couple years.

If your vehicle in leaking, it could be causing more damage to it then you think. Other than the obvious signs like your floor being wet or your cup holder or lights are filling up with water causing rust to start on the inside. It can also be sneaking behind an A pillar and running down to your electrical circuitry and fuse panel. I have also seen rust build up to a point on your pinchweld that it can cause your windshield to bend and actually crack.

So we have customers ask if the we get cheap glass, our supplier gets glass that has passed certifications for product quality so it is safe to drive on Canadian highways. In my opinion the installation procedures are way more important to the quality of installation. We guarantee all our workmanship, so if there is over a problem you just bring it back in and our technicians will diagnose the problem.

Welcome to our New Location

Your invited! On November 2nd, 2018 #ACEAutoGlassSarnia is inviting everyone to come in and check out our NEW Location. NEW shop is in unit 1A at 777 Campbell Street from Noon – 5pm, only a few steps away from our old spot.

We where coming up to our 3rd year located at 777 Campbell street around the back of the plaza in the 5th unit. Small but it was an awesome spot to start up and get ACE up and running on its feet. Now I have been super busy trying to keep up with all the calls and to all the work lately, so we have now moved up to the front unit #1! We now have doubled our space to fit in more vehicles for repairs or automotive upholstery work.

This isn’t the only big change we have been working on the last couple of months. We are also pleased to announce that we have had an experienced automotive glass technician, who started back with us in the first week of September. This was a necessary move to better serve our mobile customers and keep up with the demand. We are always moving forward to find better ways to serve our customers.

We have come a long way since we opened our doors back in 2015. I started with only the basic tools for the job, now we have moved to using the best tools to serve you better. We started with our family van as the mobile unit, since then we have acquired a legitimate commercial van for our industry.

We have been working with your insurance companies to help the hassle and process your insurance claims. We have just launched our new website and will still be adding more content as we go. Now we have finally acquired some new signs for our Shop, Road, and Van!
